So I used Pages clearances to help remove hoarded stuff from my dads house. To say they did an outstanding job is an understatement.

My father is a bit of a recluse and is not used to seeing many people let alone have them in the house.

I was going to come to help liaise to make sure it was a what my dad wanted but unfortunately due to work I couldn’t be there and didn’t want to change the date.

They said they would do their best to make my dad as comfortable as possible so it wasn’t too traumatic for him and I was initially apprehensive but they were kind and understanding and really did their best to make him feel at ease.

It was not a small job with two rooms which needed clearing and a garden and shed.

They worked incredibly hard and now my dad is so happy and we can hopefully make the house into more of a home than a storage unit. If you are looking for someone to help clear anything they would be my first choice and I would definitely recommend them.

They have given my dad a new lease of life with more freedom in his home which was so needed now his health is deteriorating. Thank you so much.

Outstanding efforts clearing one of our properties we purchased after the previous owner left all belongings and the property in a very neglected state.

Not only did Andrew and his team clear everything, they also got the property ready for renovation work to start with a full rip out of the kitchen with appliances, false wall removal to create open plan kitchen dining area, removal of a disabled wet room, a full bathroom rip out including tiles and all floor coverings throughout (carpets/laminate flooring).

I was given a recommendation to use YH Property Services for their jobs that they provide for you and I found them very co-operative and friendly to talk to when booking a slot for any services required, YH Property Services come with 2 to 3 men when jobs are carried out and are quite fast when completing the job at the address. They also make payment methods easy as you can use cash but bank transfer payments which makes it easier on the day if short on cash. I would recommend for anyone who wants small or big jobs done. Hard working guys, did a great job clearing my dad's new allotment that the previous Tennants had left in a real state. Took all the waste away and strimmed it all back. Gave us a price and stuck to it. They did a hard days work and we're paid well for it (and got bacon butties thrown in). Today, I have had my carpets cleaned by Andy Page. The carpets now look like new, he has done an amazing job. I had asked, if he would clean 6 carpets but on arrival to my house, I changed it to 4. Andy was friendly and very pleasant, and I even left him in my house while I went to the bank. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and I certainly will be asking him to come back..

I had quite of lot of rubbish from my house,wood,plasterboard,toilet,plaster filled buckets and a big fire drum and other junk from the garden,the lads came priced it,and removed it all in no time and didnt leave any mess at all like other people ive used before.Lovely friendly fellas,asked them to quote doing my back garden while they were here,and thats being done next!
